Planning Consent

 

East Devon District Council has granted planning consent for development on the site through the adoption of a Local Development Order (LDO). Under the Order the site has permitted development rights for up to 26,000 sqm of employment space.

To build development under the Order it is necessary to comply with the terms and conditions set out in the Order and its Planning Parameters Design Code. An application of compliance must be submitted to the Council prior to commencing development.
